2.- Description of the problem:

Can´t enter remotely and must perform the NVR time change through DSS.

3.- Problem analysis and troubleshooting:

  • It’s validated that the connection is stable.
  • The connection is slow so the graphical view does not load.

4.- Solution and Conclusion:

Solution: In devices you must select the equipment you want to modify, then in more give a time zone setting.

Wniosek: Mając wolne połączenie, DSS jest w stanie wysyłać informacje tylko do NVR.
